ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL GRIEVANCE MECHANISM
The MSEF II E&S Grievance Mechanism is designed to provide individuals, communities and companies who have concerns or may have been adversely affected by MSEF II investments, with a direct channel of communication for raising complaints or grievances.
Procedure for submitting a complaint/grievance:
- If your complaint relates to the environmental and social impacts of a project that MSEF II is participating in, or is actively considering, complete the form below and click on SUBMIT, or click HERE to download, fill the form and send by physical mail to: 2 S Biscayne Blvd, Suite 2610, Miami, FL 33131, USA (Note: Complaints must be filed within 12 months from the date on which the relevant event occurred or it came to the attention of the person filing the complaint).
